First Impression Named 2024 National High Point Champion 3’ Green Hunter by the American Warmblood Registry

Sandy Springs, GA — The American Warmblood Registry has named First Impression, a Polish Warmblood gelding owned by JamieLynne Weiss, as the 2024 American Warmblood Registry National Year-End High Point Champion in the 3’ Green Hunter division.
Affectionately known as “Vino,” First Impression is trained by Patchwork Farm in Canton, Georgia, and expertly shown by Lauren Kissel. Together, the pair captured consistent top placings throughout the season, earning them national recognition for their exceptional performance, style, and sportsmanship in the show ring.
This prestigious title further solidifies First Impression’s reputation as an accomplished hunter and adds to his impressive resume as a six-time Western Dressage Association of America (WDAA) World Champion and United States Dressage Federation (USDF) Reserve National All-Breed Award winner.
Weiss, who has owned Vino for several years, expressed deep pride in the horse’s achievement. “This honor represents not just his talent, but his heart,” Weiss shared. “Vino has overcome challenges and continues to shine thanks to the incredible care, training, and teamwork behind him. We couldn't be more grateful for the team at Patchwork Farm.”
